The film is prepared for the customer 's biodegradable material PLA material. The equipment used is a desktop extrusion blow film machine, which is used for the research of melt extrusion blow film process parameters and the development of material formula.

Polylactic acid (PLA), derived from biomass feedstock, is a thermoplastic aliphatic polyester. It has good biodegradability, high physical properties, mechanical properties, good oxygen permeability and carbon dioxide permeability, and also has the characteristics of odor isolation and antibacterial, so it is an excellent environmentally friendly packaging material. However, the severe brittleness of PLA material greatly limits its application in the field of film packaging.
The PLA film was prepared by melt extrusion blow molding process. In order to solve the problem of fetal properties of PLA, we adopted the idea of multi-level morphological structure of polymer materials, and systematically studied the effects of molecular chain structure, condensed matter structure, phase structure and processing parameters of PA-based blend on the mechanical properties of PLA film products. By optimizing the process parameters (processing temperature, up-traction rate and blowing ratio) and selecting the appropriate blend ratio, we have successfully prepared pure PLA films with high toughness and high strength.
