Therefore, PVDF hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane has become the trend of international ultrafiltration membrane development.


Blending modification is to physically blend hydrophilic substances with PVDF powder, and introduce hydrophilic functional groups through film making process. At present, the blending modification of PVDF mainly includes blending modification with polymers and blending modification with inorganic small molecules.
It was found that PMMA blended modified PVDF microporous membranes. There is a strong oxygen bond between the ester group and PVDF in PMMA, which shortens the solubility parameters between each other, because PMMA has good compatibility with PVDF. Experiments show that the appropriate blending ratio can greatly improve the hydrophilicity of the membrane, increase the water flux and reduce the fouling rate.


The laboratory PVDF Hollow Fiber Ultrafiltration Membrane line consists of 3 parts, part 1 is twin screw extruder unit, the second part is casting and water cooling, the third part is the film winder.
